GENERAL MEETING (30 MARCH 2016)

A club general meeting was organized on Wednesday, 30th March 2016 at VGU Seminar Hall. TM Payal Rajawat played a splendid role as a Toastmaster of the day and superb speech by TM Muskan Bharti which was related to folk tale. The meeting had three session:

2. Table Topic Session

3. Evaluation Session

TM Rishabh Pandey ,TM Sonam and many other are the new and active members of the club. They are giving their best in a meeting which is very good for the club. Overall the meeting was knowledgeable and informative.

CLUB LEVEL INTERNATIONAL SPEECH AND TABLE TOPICS CONTEST

A club level international speech contest and table topic contest were organized on Saturday, 26th March 2016 in VGU seminar hall. The guest of the contest was TM Nitesh Gupta. First, there was international speech contest at 9:00 am.  The contest chair of  speech contest was TM Suraj Acharya.

It was very hard to finalize the results because all the contestants did their best. Amazing humorous and inspiring speech by Chinoy Pareek. Fantastic job  has done by Muskan Bharti in both the contest. There was a good interview session to all the contestant by both contest chairs. Prabhjyot Singh and Chinoy Pareek did push ups in their interviews and made the session interesting. The winner of both the contest will represent VIT Toastmasters in Area level international speech contest and table topic contest which will be held in Udaipur on Sunday, 3rd April 2016. All the members gave their best to make the contest successful.

GENERAL MEETING (18-03-2016)

A club general meeting was held on Friday, 18th March 2016 at LT120 in VGU. A great job has done by Toastmaster of the day (TM Sonam) who is a new member, fabulous patriotic speech by TM Chinoy pareek and informative speech by TM Suraj Acharya. Tarot cards were used which was Different and amazing topics selection in Table Topic session by TM Raghav Raj. The meeting had three session:.

GENERAL MEETING (9 MARCH 2016)

A general meeting was organized on Wednesday,09th March 2016 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm in VIT Boardroom. The meeting had three session. First session was prepared speech session in which speakers gave speeches from their  modules. Second session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator and third session was announcing the winners (best speaker, best evaluator).

There was no Table Topic session due to shortage of time and were eight speakers in the meeting. Out of them, one speaker(TM Piyush Tiwari) delivered his ice breaking speech(CC1) and TM Suraj Acharya completed his Competent Communication (CC). All the members did their best for making the meeting successful. Overall the meeting had good strength and was knowledgeable for all the members.

A general meeting was organized on Tuesday, 1st March 2016 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in VIT Seminar Hall-301. The meeting had three session. First session was prepared speech session in which speakers gave speeches from their  modules. Second session was Table topic session in which members got a topic to speak on their feet. Third session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator.
